Welcome to Palace Street Jewellers
Palace Street Jewellers, a Designer Goldsmiths and Silversmiths was established in 1981. We are a family business and specialise in the manufacture of bespoke jewellery, using precious stones from our extensive range of loose quality gems, set in a precious metal of your choice.
Many items of handmade jewellery are available to purchase in our showroom as well as a range of fine quality antique jewellery and silverware. We will deal with all requests for bespoke jewellery, and are able to supply all of our jewellery with stones, metal and sizes of your choice.
We also offer a repair service for all types of jewellery, as well as engraving, stringing, silverware repairs and we specialise in the remake of unique, inherited and sentimental pieces. Our mission is to pass quality and value to our clients and conduct our business with uncompromised integrity and loyalty to our customers.
We are the proud winners of The Platinum 2008 Mystery Shopper Award for customer service. The competition, organized by the City Council and Business Link Kent, aims to celebrate the service provided by small independent shops in the district. Over 120 companies took part in the scheme, from Canterbury, Whitstable & Herne Bay.
